  • Endangered Species
    As part of a Canada-wide digital collections project, this internet exhibit provides information on some of the rare and endangered plants and animals in the Thompson-Okanagan region of British Columbia. You can click on the images to the left to see a list of endangered species, with species accounts.
  • Grace Bell Collection (bird recordings)
    The Royal British Columbia Museum is pleased to bring its collection of bird calls, images and top scientific information to the public through the creation of the Grace Bell Collection Web site.This website is part of a series of "Virtual Exhibits" on Canadian birds being created by museums across Canada, through partnership with the Canadian Heritage Information Network (or CHIN).
  • Living Landscapes
    Living Landscapes was created by the Royal British Columbia Museum as a regional project involving intensive cooperation with other museums, First Nations, educators, naturalists, and other agencies. Our goal is to facilitate the exploration and appreciation of the human and natural history of British Columbia from regional perspectives.
